This family owned business was the only place that greeted us with a smile as we walked through the door. Very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a boxspring and got outrageous quotes from many other places. They sold me a brand new one for a decent price and even put it into the truck for me. I appreciate it!

The parts I need , no problem at La Doux's Electronics .. they knew exactly what I required for parts . I was in and on my way in a matter of minutes with my needed part's to repair my laundry washing machine. I must say the service was sensational and pleasant. Thank You La Doux's .. my washer is back in service a d I still have dayllight too burn .. ☺️🤗

About 4 months ago our washer gave up and would not run. We bought it new from HD and could not get the warranty work done. Finally HD warranty contacted Ladoux in Omak. The service rep came and got it fixed! He told us that we would have problems again because we are on a low flow water system. He told us how to trick the washer sensor by adding a T line to the cold intake. We followed his instructions and the now the washer work flawlessly! Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience working with LaDoux’s in Omak. I bought a new washing machine and they delivered, and installed it the following day. They said they would arrive between 11:00-2:00pm. They were here at 11:05 and gone by 11:30. I’m very pleased.

When I was putting a new stereo system and subwoofer in my car, they were helpful in quickly allocating all of the parts I needed and for a good price. Sure, you’ll probably pay a little less at a big retail store, but you’ll spend a lot more time dealing with someone who isn’t as knowledgeable as the folks at LaDoux’s. Overall very friendly and great service. 10/10 would go again
